I am an intuitive artist without formal training in art techniques; no certification or degrees in craft or styles. I am the unknown artist. I freely draw from my imagination. Inspired by my passion for the creative life, I employ an ever-changing repertoire of artistic expressions. I sing, I dance, I write, I draw, I paint, I perform, I live, forever envisioning a Good Beautiful Morning for all living things.

My visual art is conceptual, has no bounds, is beyond classification. Everything is everything. Limitless. Sometimes striking, bizarre, eccentric; other times simple in its formulation. Always authentic. If it is to be labelled, let it be this: it is a mystical visual commentary on the subconscious, the subliminal; an art activist movement using everyday objects and offbeat painting techniques to tell uncommon stories about self-determination, anti-oppression, justice and peace, and the need for more of these things in the world for everyone, not only for some.
My first generation of artistic work—the Renaissance Collection—features elements of surprise, unexpected juxtapositions intended to challenge or provoke critical thought and philosophical reflection in a world that appears increasingly more chaotic, irrational and unjust.
My art is me. I am my art. My aesthetic is unique and yet not. I resist conformity, constantly looking for creative alternatives to the ambient noise of mainstream culture and the history of dehumanization that trails in its wake. While I am open and relaxed, I am not docile. I resist external attempts to control my art, reserving the right to embrace and freely express, within reasonable limits, my unique artistry.
My exhibits are multifaceted art installations featuring replicas of everyday objects; an immersive experience exploring dark historical legacies and contemporary themes designed for impact. I believe in "art for and of the people"—an art form for everyone, not only for an exclusive elite. I am a throw-back to the Harlem Renaissance and the Black Arts Movement. Yet, I am the new day here to invoke a Good Beautiful Morning—the dawning of a new day for individuals, families, and communities in which we experience increased inner peace, joy, justice and universal love and compassion. Through my artistry, I hope to explore harsh realities and face up to tough questions that are difficult and painful but which when confronted can help to liberate all of us from a harrowing and traumatic past thereby lifting us higher into a future that’s brighter and glorious. I promise to do this with reverence and love.
